Related-party dealings - insider loans, guarantees, and parent-subsidiary transactions disclosed in annual reports - are now queryable via run_sql across the market, with a per-filing status so an unprocessed filing is never mistaken for a clean one.
Governance, tender-offer, and narrative data in run_sql

J-SOX internal control reports, the full tender-offer record, and the narrative sections of annual reports (business risks, governance, dividend policy, audit) are now queryable via run_sql. A company-identifier view also maps reliably between ticker formats.
