What we collect

• Email address (for your account and billing notifications)
• Payment information (handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers)
• Usage logs (which endpoints and tools your account calls, and when), kept per account for support and rate limiting; reported only in aggregate

• Account management and billing
• Service improvement (aggregated, anonymized)
• Customer support when you contact us

Third-party services

We use the following third parties to deliver the service:

• Stripe: payment processing
• Anthropic / Google: we use these LLM providers to extract fields from public filings. Your account data and your queries are not sent to them by us. When you connect through your own AI client (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor), your conversation is governed by that provider's terms.
• Heroku: application hosting
• Umami Analytics: anonymous traffic measurement (no cookies, no personal data, IP addresses hashed before storage). Operator: Umami Software, Delaware USA.

We do not sell or share your data otherwise.

Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only. No third-party advertising trackers.

Data retention

Account data retained while your subscription is active; deleted within 90 days of cancellation upon request.

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
